OMB Hearing Winds Up
May 1, 2009After four weeks of testimony and arguments, the OMB Hearing into Superior Aggregates' application to establish a quarry at Michipicoten Bay wound up late yesterday (April 30, 2009).
The Board Chair will now review the testimony, exhibits, and arguments and render a decision later. No date was given when the decision will be released.
